The Rebecca Ballroom project represents a refined approach to landscape architecture for events venues, designed to create a memorable setting for weddings, receptions, and outdoor celebrations. Developed in collaboration with architect Andra Marinescu from Paradigma Studio, the exterior design combines elegant terraces, generous greenery, and architectural lighting with the natural presence of the lake. CMD/LA envisioned a space that seamlessly integrates functional parking areas, grand palm tree plantings, and waterfront promenades, turning the ballroom surroundings into a prestigious destination for both day and night events.

The exterior concept emphasizes monumental palm trees of 12 meters, imported and stabilized for outdoor planting, as signature elements of the ballroom identity. Large terraces host outdoor events, complemented by decorative pools, softscaping, and atmospheric lighting. The landscape is designed to amplify the grandeur of the architectural façade while providing comfortable and elegant spaces for guests.
The project includes a complete redesign of the lakeshore, transforming previously steep embankments into accessible and attractive green edges. Wooden pontoons extend the ballroom experience to the water, offering spaces for ceremonies, photography, and evening gatherings with a dramatic lakeside backdrop.
Efficiently designed parking areas lined with palm trees ensure seamless guest arrival while maintaining the elegance of the landscaped environment. The masterplan balances vehicular circulation with pedestrian comfort, creating a coherent and welcoming arrival sequence. Lighting design integrates architectural accents and functional fixtures, making the venue safe and spectacular during night events.
